Fumaric Acid is used in food , beverage and flavoring agent to make taste more sour. It is also used in Unsaturated Polyester resin and alkyd resin to increase softening point and stability than maleic anhydride. In addition, fumaric acid is used in Paper sizing ,  Plasticizer, Printing ink, Ester, Lacquer, Quick-setting ink, Lubricating oil, animal feed , etc.
